The memorandum of understanding is not mandatory, and we customise all documents and meetings to suit your needs. Solicitors often request a memorandum of understanding when you seek advice or ask them to prepare a consent order regarding finances to be sent to the court. Once a consent order is agreed, it shows that an agreement has been made without the need for costly court hearings.
